Do you travel?
Yes, we do! We are also available to travel out of state for a fee. Please inquire.
Do you offer sessions longer than 2 hours?

What is the difference between basic retouching and full retouching?
Basic Retouching includes:
Blemish removal, teeth and eye whitening.
Full Retouching includes:
Blemish removal, teeth and eye whitening, background cleanup, stray hair removal, makeup enhancement, and professional dodge & burn retouching.
What is the general process after the shoot is over?
For Fashion and Portrait sessions, we will send you a website link within 2 days of your session with the unedited photos to pick your favorites from. After you finish picking the photos you'd like to be edited, we begin the editing process and will deliver your finished images within 10 business days on Google Drive. Your online gallery will house your final images for up to 1 year after your session.
For Couples and Family sessions, we will pick the best images from the session and deliver your finished images within 10 business days on Google Drive. Your online gallery will house your final images for up to 1 year after your session.
Do you provide RAW files?
No, we do not provide complimentary downloadable RAW files, unless you add-on access to proofs to your session (which is a $100 optional add-on). When added to your session, you will receive a link to a folder with all the RAW files from your photo session, along with the included number of edited photos.

What does the personalized flash drive look like?
For Family and Couples sessions, flash drives USBs are available in Wood (Dark or Light), Metal or Glass. Your flash drive can be engraved with either your names (i.e. Leah & Jason), your family name (i.e. The Jackson Family), a short phrase or a date. It's entirely up to you!
Do you do videography?
No, we specialize in photography only.
Can I reschedule our session?
Of course! A one-time courtesy reschedule is available at no charge (if you reschedule at least 48 hours before your session), however, if you reschedule your session more than once a $50 rescheduling fee will be added to your remaining balance.
Do I have to sign a contract?
All sessions require a contract to be signed.
Can I call you regarding a project?
Regarding all small or large projects, we ask to keep our communication digital/virtual (email only) to prevent miscommunication and ensure fulfillment of your expectations.
